Lexus LS430 111000 miles. Full service history. Premium pack. QUICK SALE NEEDED in Chapel Allerton, West Yorkshire for sale

This is my Lexus LS430 2001 for sale. Reason for sale: My commute has increased from 10 miles to around 50 miles. Hence I have just purchased an electronic car as my petrol costs have gone up significantly. History: I have owned the car since October 2014. I looked around a few and this was the only one with a full service history and in great condition. I have used it pretty much every day including a fair few longer trips to London and Edinburgh. I have not had any problems with it. I looked around a few LS430's but most have been neglected or had an incomplete service history. This car has been serviced yearly at Lexus. The previous owner had lost the service book unfortunately and promised me he would post it to be if/when he found it. Unfortunately this did not materialise. However I do have a copy of every service itemised receipt from the Lexus dealer since 2003 and 15000 miles. It has been serviced yearly at the correct intervals every year since and I have each invoice for this in a folder. There are a few extras as well for other work carried out as well. It also appears to have had every MOT carried out the Lexus dealer, and as far as I can tell has never had an advisory. The last two services have been carried out by Lexus Hatfield. The cambelt was done in 2011 at 80100 miles as noted below - this is confirmed on the bonnet sticker and on the invoice from Lexus. The car is fitted with the premium pack – electric / heated/ massage rear seats / fridge / window blinds / electric rear blind. Mot : 23/09/15 I am the 5th owner. This is the motor that controls the reach of the steering wheel position. Other recent work includes: 4 new tyres (Hannok) 100000 03/05/14 Hannok k117 £559 Front discs and pads 101555 31/05/14 £213 Battery 104945 21/10/14 Fitted by Lexus Brake fluid change £318 4 winter tyres (nokian D3) 105808 17/11/14 Cabin air filter (original item) 22/11/14 Since I have owned the car I have had the battery replaced, brake fluid replaced and four winter tyres fitted, all at Lexus. I have also replaced the cabin air filter. The previous owner had four new summer tyres fitted at 100000 miles as noted above – these were removed as soon as I purchased the car so have done around 5000 miles. These will be included in the sale. I also tend to fill up using V-power which is expensive but gives me around 22 mpg on my commute and around 28mpg on the motorway. Condition The car is almost 16 years old now so it is not in perfect condition but it was the best out of the cars I saw when looking. Interior – The interior is in good condition. The drivers seat has some wear on it but this was much better than the other cars I viewed when purchasing the car. The rear seats are in very good condition for the age. All electrics work. Exterior – This is the weakest part of the car – it is in good condition but has marks of wear and tear appropriate for its age. There are a few superficial scratches and one very small dent (50p) size on the front left wing which is not noticeable. There is some damage to the front right bumper – the previous owner said he found this after coming out of a supermarket so is unsure what happened. There is a small crack and the fog light is loose. The foglight and parking sensor are fully functional. I was planning on getting this fixed and as quoted £150. The car drives well. There is a whining sound from the brakes occasionally – this is a common sound if non lexus brake discs / pads are used – the previous owner appears to have fitted aftermarket discs / pads which don’t come with a lexus “anti-shim” kit to prevent the sound. It does not affect function – a google search will confirm this. The air compressor is also audible – this is also a common problem but does not appear to affect its function. A sign to look out for is the compressor working overtime (i.e. very frequently – which isn’t the case in this car). If you are buying this car then the air suspension is a common fault, so something that should be kept in mind for the future - I was planning on switching to a regular suspension but haven’t done so yet as it is working fine. I am still using the car so the mileage will increase slightly. Test drives are welcome but comprehensive insurance would be needed.
